1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sentinel's website, products, and services, including smart home installation, energy monitoring, security systems, and intelligent automation services offered in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. By using our services or submitting any form on this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Sentinel provides smart home and building technology services, including but not limited to:
- Design, supply, and installation of smart home systems
- Energy monitoring and management solutions
- Security and access control systems
- Intelligent automation and scheduling
- Ongoing managed service and support
Specific service terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are set out in individual project proposals and agreements, which take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Consultation requests
Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a binding contract. It is an expression of interest and commits neither party until a formal proposal has been accepted in writing. Sentinel reserves the right to decline any request at its discretion.
4. Payment and pricing
All prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to final survey and quotation. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are set out in individual project agreements. Late payments may attract interest at the Central Bank of Nigeria base rate plus 5%.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sentinel and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Sentinel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Partnership program terms
Partners admitted to the Sentinel Partner Program agree to the following additional terms:
- Partners may not represent themselves as Sentinel employees or agents without written authorisation
- Partners must maintain the quality standards set out in the Partner Handbook
- Commission structures and referral fees are set out in individual partner agreements
- Sentinel reserves the right to terminate a partnership for breach of these terms with 30 days' notice
- Partners must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including consumer protection and data privacy regulations
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
9. Changes to these terms
Sentinel may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and partners. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
